Saint by St. Clair takes pride in making luxury custom pillows and dedicate ourselves to giving our clients quality products. Each order is custom made and handled with care.  If there is a malfunction in hardware or fabric upon delivery you will have ten calendar days from delivery date to return items to be fixed or replaced (replacement will be the same item purchased). All of our products are final sale, no refunds or exchanges. Please return all items in its original packaging. If you have specific questions concerning our return policy don't hesitate to contact us at info@shopsaintbystclair.com. Products only ships in the United States.

Subscriptions: 

At Saint by St.Clair we value our customers and their pockets. Cancellation of subscription can be made after 2 billing cycles. The initial order counts towards this limit. Thank you for your loyalty.

Shipping & Returns:

Saint pillows and curtains are made to order. Please allow one to two weeks from purchase date for item(s) to be processed and shipped. To request bulk orders, send our design team an email with your request to info@shopsaintbystclair.com

If you request expressed processing and shipping other than the time frame listed, please contact us immediately for availability. Extra fees will apply. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation where you can track your order.
